Terms of Use

1. Adults only

Barrmin is for people aged 18 or older. You are responsible for complying with the laws and venue rules where you live and for using the app safely.

2. What Barrmin does

Barrmin helps friends coordinate and remember nights out. Venue suggestions, location detection, drink counts, spend estimates, routes, statistics, and jokes may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not safety, medical, navigation, or financial advice.

3. Your account

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, evade blocks, scrape the service, or interfere with Barrmin or its users.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You give Barrmin permission to host, process, display, and share it as needed to operate features you choose, including group sessions and recap sharing. Only upload content you have the right to use.

5. Groups and privacy

Session participants may see and contribute to shared session content. Do not share another person's precise location, photo, or private information without permission. Completed recap cards may leave Barrmin when a participant shares them externally.

6. Safety

Barrmin does not encourage excessive drinking. Never rely on the app to decide whether you are safe to drive, travel alone, enter a venue, or consume alcohol. Follow local health guidance, know your limits, and seek emergency help when needed.

7. Moderation

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines. You can report and block users in the app.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barrmin is not responsible for indirect losses, venue actions, user conduct, or decisions made from app-generated information.
